A youth basketball league dedicated to putting player development first in an effort to help build more well rounded players at a younger age. This effort will result in a higher quality basketball community, better prepared to compete at the next level. This league will provide a competitive environment that also provides a space that makes development and learning exciting and enjoyable!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Parents will register their children as individuals. After registering, parents will be asked to fill out a Google form closer to start date that will provide us information about the player they’re registering. Our staff will put together teams, but will remain open to moving players to ensure competitiveness. Each grade division will be slotted at the same times for convenience purposes (carpooling, team changes, etc.).
STRUCTURE
Wednesdays (Day 1) will be designated for 3on3. Players will be taught offensive and defensive concepts on this day, and put them to the test in 3on3 play. Day 1 will be about 1) learning team concepts, 2) maximizing reps, where each player gets to finish the possession (shot or decision).
Sundays (Day 2) will be designated for full basketball games. The teams will get a 30 minute practice prior to their game to review the concepts of the week. Each team will compete to win, while never sacrificing development.
