I have been blessed to work with thousands of clients throughout the world! Myself and my team have served everyone from your 9-5 general population client who is looking to get back in shape to your professional athletes in the NFL, MLB, NBA, and UFC. Myself and the Durable Athlete system has consulted for NBA teams, Universities and NFL players in the last 5 years. I started this journey of optimizing human movement and performance at the age of 13 after spraining my ankle playing basketball. Soon after, I began to intern with different local physical therapy clinics through my adolescent and college career to learn from the best therapists on how to best view and treat the human body.
I was admitted to the university of Texas (Austin) in 2015 but soon after my first semester, decided to take a leap of faith and left school to pursue my career full time of being the best durability and performance coach I could be. Since then, I have served on multiple education teams that strive to coach and teach other performance coaches and therapists on how to maximize human movement and performance. I have been blessed enough to create Durable Athlete in 2018 and this incredible staff of coaches alongside me. Although it was always my goal to get into the professional or collegiate realm of strength and conditioning, I now know that my true passion lies here in the private sector helping a wide variety of clientele.
Bio Coming Soon.
Basketball has been my life for as long as I can remember, first as a player, now as a coach. As a player I got a full scholarship out of Austin Bowie to play at The Citadel (Southern – D1). There, I was a four year starter, 1,000 point scorer, and part of the winningest class in school history. After college I played a year of professional basketball in Denmark.
Ever since I was done playing, I’ve been a coach in some capacity. I’ve had the privilege of being an assistant coach to Nelson Terroba for the Saint John Riptide (NBL-Canada), where my duties ranged from player development, opponent scouting, player scouting, and more. I’ve also been able to work with hundreds of players on the player development side of basketball. Players from beginner skill level all the way to the highest levels of the game. Our mission with first BTY Basketball and now Texas Pro Academy has always been to help elevate the game by elevating the individual players. We aim to continue this mission by serving as many players as we possibly can at the highest level possible.
