INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION including individualized off-season game plan. An optimized gameplan means coordinating players nutrition, strength training, mobility/recovery, and oncourt skills training.
GROUP ON-COURT PLAYER DEVELOPMENT sessions with BTY Basketball. Four 60-75 minute workouts per week. Workouts will be designed to help players develop elite level skills and habits as well as the feel and instincts that ensure those skills and habits translate to game action.
Groups consisting of 6-9 players, players will be split up in groups of 2-4 for most of the workout to create more individualized work for each player.
Two to four on-court coaches, as well as assistant coaches and volunteers to ensure efficiency during workouts. Film breakdown available to coordinate with each individual.

SMALL GROUP ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE/STRENGTH & CONDITIONINGT sessions with Durable Athlete. Four 60-minute workouts, and one yoga session per week. Sessions will include a comprehensive mobility warm-up (access to movements online), landing/ jumping/sprinting/deceleration technique breakdown, strength training, and stretching decompression to ensure athletes are fully prepared to perform on the court. An explicit emphasis will be placed upon each athlete’s quality of movement and injury mitigation to ensure that durability and availability is atop the priority list. In order to see consistent and positive growth, it is imperative that athletes understand how they will be exposed to increased or decreased levels of stress throughout different phases of the program. This is why we emphasize individual consultations with each player. In addition to the physical preparation component of this training, Cristian Plascencia demands a holistic approach to optimizing training efforts. In this light, we will be creating a road map for many calories each athlete should be eating to hit their goals as well as assist with other lifestyle factors like sleep and mental stress.
